A strong candidate will possess hands-on expertise in how financial institutions can harness technology to drive growth, working alongside ADT’s Operating Partner, Action Advisory, Action’s financial inclusion advisory team, and other specialist groups to craft tailored digitization strategies for portfolio companies. This role involves engaging with shareholders, board members, and executive teams to foster alignment and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and drive project execution, while monitoring progress and addressing any deviations promptly. Oversee financial management, including budget preparation, expense tracking, and resource allocation to maintain fiscal responsibility. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and mitigate potential risks. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, promoting professional growth and a culture of accountability. Overseeing the equity portfolio and formulating and implementing responsible commercial exit strategies for portfolio companies.
Help develop a digitization strategy with the digital transformation team for potential target companies and support the implementation as value creation.
Deliver strategic guidance to portfolio companies by cultivating effective alliances, securing new financing through debt and equity instruments, and contributing expertise on pivotal decisions—particularly those aligned with ESG and digital transformation initiatives.
Serve as the designated representative of ADT on the boards of portfolio companies when deemed suitable.
Develop and lead co-investment consortia while cultivating enduring partnerships with co-investors.
