Seeking a professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, supplemented by a minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial analysis, reporting, or auditing. Excellent communication abilities are required to present complex financial information clearly. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and internal controls is highly desirable. MB ChB and Med (Ophthalmology) qualifications or their equivalent are required for this position.
Registered and licensed by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC), this position requires a valid and current professional credential in good standing.
Proven proficiency in Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery (MICS) and Small Incision Cataract Surgery (SICS) is required.
Proven capability to oversee ophthalmic clinics and surgical schedules with autonomy is required.

COE CSA Fellowship or an equivalent credential is required for this position.
A professional background in phacoemulsification is required, with hands-on experience in performing this surgical technique for cataract removal. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in managing the phacoemulsification machine, including ultrasonic energy modulation and fluidic control, while ensuring patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes. Familiarity with preoperative assessment, intraoperative techniques, and postoperative care specific to phacoemulsification procedures is essential.
