KEY WORKING PARAMETERS

As the primary Commercial Partner for the Franchise & Bottling System within the Franchise, you will spearhead the integration of Commercial Strategy and Levers into our End-to-End processes, plans, and strategies to realize joint System Value. Serving as the pivotal Commercial System protagonist and collaborator, you will drive transformative strategic commercial thought leadership. Additionally, you will act as a key partner with Marketing to ensure seamless commercial integration into marketing plans.

Lead and oversee the unified Commercial strategy within the Franchise & Bottling framework, guaranteeing seamless end-to-end integration throughout all operations.

Develop and implement the Commercial Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the franchise, collaborating closely with franchise partners and bottlers to create comprehensive support strategies.

Establish and manage the Commercial Priorities for the Franchise on a quarterly basis, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational goals.

Drive strategic implementation of the optimal BBM model tailored to the franchise’s needs, establishing a robust pack architecture framework that evolves in response to market fluctuations. Utilize the “On Demand Hub” to craft and deploy high-impact scenarios and solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing franchise value.

Serve as the Commercial Thought Leader and Integrator for the Franchise, acting as the Franchise GM’s most trusted advisor and primary strategic partner.

This position will collaborate extensively in a cross-functional capacity with senior leaders and operational teams within the Customer & Commercial Leadership units, as well as external stakeholders including customers and bottling partners.

Proven capability to foster cross-functional collaboration and system-wide alignment, with particular emphasis on spearheading the execution of alignment initiatives and cultivating seamless collaboration to guarantee that OU strategies are fully embraced by General Managers.

We prioritize strong communication skills to ensure clarity, collaboration, and efficiency across all interactions. The role requires the ability to convey ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, while actively listening to stakeholders. Interfaces between Customer & Commercial Leadership and Franchise Leadership at the markets occur at multiple organizational levels, facilitating strategic alignment and operational cohesion.

To facilitate strategic alignment and execution, the role entails engaging in communication initiatives that bolster Franchise Leadership in aligning Commercial and Customer Leadership strategies and capabilities. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with Bottler senior leaders to convey Franchise & Bottling System strategic priorities and performance objectives.

External stakeholders, including high-level executives from major clients, key advisors, and other critical contributors, are engaged to advance and achieve critical business development objectives within the market.

Experience

Experienced commercial leader with a decade-plus track record in driving revenue growth and strategic development, specializing in channel optimization, segmentation frameworks, and negotiation excellence. Proven expertise in commercial strategy execution, revenue growth management, and route-to-market design, combined with a strong leadership background to deliver measurable business impact.

Delivers results consistently with a strong history of meeting and exceeding performance expectations.

Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving, complemented by exceptional interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills.

Candidates with prior experience in Bottling System, franchise operations, or Commercial sectors are highly desirable.
