Execute negotiated Key Account promotions and marketing strategies with precision to drive optimal results and alignment with organizational objectives.

To oversee third-party Sales and Merchandising Agents with excellence, guaranteeing the fulfillment of sales targets, critical Trade Promotions, and in-store forward share objectives.

Ensuring cost-effective coverage of sales calls will be implemented to deliver the necessary service level, thereby driving increased sales to customers and enhancing area profitability.

To ensure the successful execution of agreed-upon sales targets, promotional initiatives, and marketing objectives at the store level, this role will involve overseeing and guiding the Sales Agents.

Effectively executing all agreed-upon promotional strategies during the Mini-Major Back to School and Shaver/Lighter promotional periods.
