Drive awareness and adoption of clean cooking solutions by implementing behavior change campaigns, conducting community sensitization programs, and organizing pilot demonstrations of fuels and appliances to evaluate performance, efficiency, affordability, and user acceptance.
Provide specialized technical training to artisans, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and refugee-owned businesses, covering topics such as design principles, production methodologies, safety protocols, efficiency testing techniques, and clean energy solutions—including alternative fuels and eco-friendly cooking technologies.
Deliver tailored business coaching and capacity-building initiatives for SMEs in refugee and host communities, conduct comprehensive market and consumer evaluations, pinpoint opportunities for productive energy use, and facilitate seamless integration into enterprise business models and financing avenues.
Contribute specialized technical expertise to the implementation of Results-Based Reimbursement (RBR) mechanisms, facilitate enterprise compliance, and develop frameworks for capturing, validating, and disseminating performance data in collaboration with the MEAL team.
Develop and execute monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEAL) frameworks; administer socio-economic, gender, and affordability assessments; and facilitate systematic reporting processes for GIG and donor collaborators.
