Required
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Christian Education, Special Needs Education, or a closely related discipline is required.
A certified ACE (Accelerated Christian Education) Supervisor with comprehensive training in ACE procedures, protocols, and Learning Center operations is required.
A minimum of two years of hands-on teaching or educational supervision experience is required for this role.
Demonstrated experience in providing care, support, and guidance to children and adolescents in various settings.
Proficient in implementing personalized learning strategies tailored to diverse learner needs.
Proficient in both written and oral communication, with a strong command of language and the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
Organized and detail-oriented with proficiency in maintaining meticulous records and systemized documentation.
Must be firm and assertive.
