Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Minimum of three years of experience in software development is necessary. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL, is also required. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are critical. Excellent communication abilities for team collaboration are expected. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively is important. Prior experience in a fast-paced, agile environment is preferred. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.

A recognized institution must confer a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
A valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) is required.
A minimum of three years of training experience within a comparable institution is required.
THETA-certified Technical Trainer registration is required for this position.

Plan, develop, and deliver assigned course units in strict accordance with the established course outline and curriculum standards.
The creation of educational resources, ensuring prompt preparation and submission of professional documentation, and maintenance of records to track student progress, accomplishments, and attendance are essential duties.
Develop and implement customized learning plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
Evaluate student work and track their academic progress to ensure comprehension and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in the course review process to ensure instructional methods align with student requirements and enhance learning outcomes. Adjust delivery patterns as necessary to accommodate diverse student needs and foster an optimal educational experience.
We are responsible for evaluating and grading Trainees’ Assessment Tests (C.A. Ts) and end-of-term assessments, ensuring all marks are accurately recorded and promptly uploaded into the designated Management Information System (MIS) for the assigned units.
Oversee the implementation of practical guidance for trainees and ensure the meticulous maintenance of their evidence portfolios.
Responsibilities include overseeing students throughout the duration of assessments to ensure compliance with established guidelines and to maintain an environment conducive to focused testing. This role requires vigilant monitoring to address any irregularities promptly and to provide necessary support while upholding the integrity of the evaluation process.
Assisting in the creation, strategic design, and execution of a premium-quality curriculum is a key responsibility.
Attends and actively contributes to departmental meetings, ensuring key updates, decisions, and action items are clearly communicated and documented for alignment and follow-through.
