Required
A bachelor’s degree in Education, Christian Education, Special Needs Education, or a closely related discipline is required.
Must possess certification and training as an ACE (Accelerated Christian Education) Supervisor, demonstrating a comprehensive grasp of ACE protocols, procedures, and Learning Center management.
A minimum of two years of experience in teaching or providing educational supervision is required.
Professional experience providing care and support for children and adolescents is required.
Demonstrates a thorough grasp of personalized educational strategies tailored to diverse learning needs and preferences.
Proven ability to convey information clearly and effectively through both written correspondence and oral presentations.
Demonstrates exceptional aptitude for organizing information and maintaining accurate, detailed records with precision and efficiency.
Must demonstrate strong leadership with a confident and decisive demeanor, ensuring clear direction and accountability in all interactions.
