Required
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Christian Education, Special Needs Education, or a closely related field is required.
Must possess certification and training as an ACE (Accelerated Christian Education) Supervisor, demonstrating a comprehensive grasp of ACE protocols, operational procedures, and Learning Center management.
Minimum of two years of experience in teaching or educational supervision.
Professional experience in child and adolescent care is required.
Demonstrates proficiency in tailored educational strategies, recognizing and adapting to diverse learning needs and preferences to optimize instructional effectiveness.
You must possess strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Exceptional proficiency in organizing information and maintaining meticulous records is required.
Must demonstrate strong, confident leadership with a decisive and self-assured approach.
