Oversee the design and implementation of the Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development portfolio within the country strategy, guaranteeing alignment with national priorities and the Foundation’s overarching vision.
Develop and implement comprehensive Access to Finance strategy designed to promote greater financial inclusion and support the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) led by youth and women entrepreneurs.

WHO YOU ARE
A bachelor’s or master’s degree—ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related discipline—is required.
A minimum of fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience in Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development, Business Development, or a comparable private-sector role, including at least seven (7) years in a leadership and team management capacity, is required.
Proven expertise and well-established networks within the Entrepreneurship & Enterprise Development or Business Development sector in Kenya, along with strong professional relationships, are essential.
Individuals must possess comprehensive expertise in the nation’s employment trends, job creation initiatives, and innovation ecosystem.
Demonstrated expertise in guiding and nurturing thriving entrepreneurial ventures, with a strong history of collaboration and mentorship.
Seasoned professionals with a proven track record in launching innovative projects, ideally within enterprise or business development domains, are encouraged to apply.
