Key duties associated with this position encompass the following areas:
Deliver high-quality, practical Computer Studies and Physical Education lessons grounded in real-world applications, ensuring full compliance with Kenya’s curriculum standards.
Foster professional, constructive, and positive relationships with students, their families, and colleagues.
Create lesson plans in collaboration with the Learning Design Team, regularly reviewing and revising materials to meet evolving educational standards and program objectives.
Foster an educational setting that supports academic growth, aligns with students’ developmental stages and interests, and ensures a structured, purpose-driven learning atmosphere.
Ignite a genuine enthusiasm and drive for learning within lessons, fostering an environment where students are eager to pursue and excel in their academic pursuits.
Offer tailored support and adjustments to foster the academic and cultural development of every student, ensuring their growth and achievement align with established expectations.
Ensure students achieve proficiency in the required academic content and meet established educational standards.
Incorporate cutting-edge interactive tools into instructional sessions to elevate teaching effectiveness.
Establish and convey high expectations and ambitious targets for every student while delivering meaningful feedback that fosters deeper understanding and personal accountability.
Deliver consistent reinforcement and/or corrective actions in response to student conduct while consistently demonstrating the expected standards of behavior for students to observe and follow.

Acting in the capacity of a Teacher on Duty or a Boarding Teacher on Duty, you will provide essential support for school-wide initiatives focused on behavioral interventions and management strategies.
The position requires prompt documentation of student academic data and clear communication of student progress to National Program (NP) families and other stakeholders upon request.
Collaborate with clubs, societies, and other core-curricular enrichment programs at the school to foster the development of well-rounded students.
Act as a homeroom teacher when assigned to this role.

Skills and Qualifications Required:
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or mathematics, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in data analysis or a closely related discipline. Proficiency in statistical software, programming languages like Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools are essential. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively convey insights to stakeholders. Familiarity with machine learning techniques and big data technologies is a plus. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities is also required.
TSC certification is required, along with a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Education, specifically in the teaching subjects of Computer Studies or Physical Education.
Requires a minimum of three years of dedicated teaching experience.
