JOB SUMMARY
The BDE – Recruitment & Placement Services will function as a strategic architect of organizational expansion, responsible for uncovering new recruitment and placement service opportunities, fostering enduring client partnerships, and ensuring commercial initiatives align with the organization’s overarching vision.
The individual will prioritize revenue generation while cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
This position will be responsible for developing innovative value propositions designed to secure enduring competitive advantages.
This position seeks a proactive and driven professional with excellent communication abilities. Prior experience in a comparable role and familiarity with onboarding both local and international clients for recruitment and placement services would be particularly beneficial.

Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal finalization, encompassing prospect identification, compelling presentations, strategic negotiation, and successful contract execution.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to develop customized solutions that align with the needs of prospective clients.
Draft, develop, and deliver comprehensive business proposals, requests for proposals (RFPs), and strategic presentations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and client decision-makers.
Stay abreast of market developments and emerging trends to uncover opportunities for expansion and innovation.
Construct, manage, and refine a dynamic sales pipeline designed to monitor advancement and evaluate key performance indicators.
Engage with industry events, conferences, and networking platforms on behalf of the organization to enhance brand visibility and cultivate meaningful professional relationships.
Education and experience requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or accounting, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and strong analytical skills are essential. Prior experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and data analysis is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
A recognized institution must award a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
With a minimum of three years of experience in business development, you will have a proven track record of selling recruitment and placement services.
Capable of recognizing and leveraging business opportunities by applying strategic thinking and conducting thorough market analysis to drive growth.
Exceptional proficiency in communication and negotiation is essential, enabling the ability to persuasively shape decisions across all organizational levels.
