Proficient knowledge in artificial intelligence and agentic frameworks is required, including expertise with tools such as Claude, Claude Code, and Anthropic’s ecosystem, as well as Lang Chain, MCP, and Google’s ADK (or comparable agentic frameworks).
Automation and Prototyping: Developing and implementing scripting solutions, optimizing workflow tools, leveraging AI-assisted development methodologies, and executing rapid prototyping initiatives using platforms such as Tercel and Railway.
Enterprise Tooling encompasses the management and automation of identity systems through Entry, the development and maintenance of internal platforms, as well as the seamless integration of tools such as Notion and HiBob to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Twelve months have already passed since the successful deployment of automations utilizing Claude, Notion, HiBob, and Entry in our production environment.
Our Approach
We prioritize action over consultation, emphasizing a practical approach where our team actively develops and deploys functional automations and agents.
Demonstrate the tangible benefits of the role initially, followed by a strategic scaling of efforts. Commence with a team of two engineers, establish measurable outcomes, and subsequently broaden the initiative based on proven results.
A customer-centric approach to product development is essential, requiring you to view internal teams as key stakeholders and design tooling solutions that deliver tangible value.
Evaluate emerging AI tools based on their tangible benefits rather than their promotional hype. Focus on identifying solutions that deliver measurable results and align with organizational objectives. Scrutinize performance data, user feedback, and real-world applicability to distinguish between genuine innovation and superficial enhancements. Your assessment will guide strategic decision-making and ensure investments in AI technologies are both effective and sustainable.
What You Need
We seek a technically proficient, product-driven professional to drive operational excellence.
