Responsibilities
Develop and nurture robust, collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders across various functions—such as Human Resources, Finance, Recruiting, Event Teams, and Business Support—to effectively advance team and leadership objectives.
Work collaboratively with both internal and external partners to facilitate clear communication and seamless coordination across all initiatives.
Engage actively within the Business Support community, foster a collaborative team culture, and assist with onboarding and mentoring programs.
Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of events from inception to completion, encompassing all logistical arrangements, meticulous coordination, and thorough post-event follow-up activities.
Serve as the primary liaison for events, handling modifications and elevating concerns when necessary.
Spearhead engagement efforts designed to enhance team morale and optimize overall team effectiveness.
Oversee projects autonomously, guaranteeing punctual completion and exceptional results.
Own critical project outcomes, anticipate potential risks proactively, and engage stakeholders with clear, consistent communication to ensure alignment and mitigate challenges.
Assess workflows with the goal of optimizing processes and enhancing overall operational performance.
Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including equipment, inventory, expenses, and budgets, ensuring full compliance with established company policies.
Facilitate vendor management and procurement operations by overseeing purchase orders and ensuring accurate tracking throughout the process.
Facilitate the implementation of Rhythm of Business (ROB) initiatives by overseeing scheduling, managing logistics, and ensuring the execution of business cadence activities.
Support space management and planning initiatives by coordinating desk allocations, coordinating moves, and monitoring utilization rates to ensure optimal efficiency.
Accurately maintain systems and data while promptly escalating any issues or opportunities that may arise.
Collaborate closely with Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) and key hiring managers to enhance and streamline recruitment initiatives.
Serve as the primary liaison during the onboarding process and maintain communication with new hires, vendors, and interns to ensure a seamless integration.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in software development. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is essential, and familiarity with frameworks such as Django or Spring is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are necessary. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and DevOps practices is preferred. Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are also required.
Minimum qualifications include possession of a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a comparable role. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies, strong analytical skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Additionally, familiarity with industry-specific software or tools is required, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is essential.
A high school diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or an equivalent qualification is required, in addition to a minimum of six months of experience in administrative roles, business support, and/or customer service.
Demonstrated expertise in overseeing the operations of an Executive Office environment, including strategic coordination and administrative leadership.
Preferred or additional qualifications encompass specialized skills, certifications, or experiences that, while not mandatory, significantly enhance a candidate’s suitability for a role. These may include advanced technical proficiencies, industry-specific credentials, prior leadership in relevant projects, or fluency in additional languages. Candidates possessing such attributes often demonstrate greater adaptability, efficiency, or innovative potential, aligning more closely with the evolving demands of the position. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, ensuring reliable transportation for work-related travel. The role may require occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as the ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email, word processing, and data entry, is essential. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, are necessary to interact effectively with colleagues and clients. The position may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and physical demands, so candidates should be prepared for outdoor work as needed. Candidates must also demonstrate a commitment to safety protocols and adherence to company policies.
Proficiency in meeting Microsoft, client, and/or government security clearance criteria is essential for this position. Among these prerequisites are various specialized security assessments, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check, which necessitates successful completion of both the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon employment or transfer and every two years thereafter.
