We are looking for an experienced, analytical, and meticulous Data Analyst to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the processing and evaluation of intricate datasets, construct statistical models, derive practical insights, and facilitate informed, data-driven decisions throughout the organization.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to address complex challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are necessary for effective collaboration. The ideal applicant will demonstrate adaptability in dynamic work environments and a commitment to continuous professional development.

A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a closely related discipline is required. Possession of a Master’s degree will be considered favorably.

A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, survey research, and reporting is required.

Proven expertise in the design of survey sampling methodologies, implementation of weighting strategies, and execution of quantitative research analysis is required.

Skilled in utilizing statistical and analytical tools, including SPSS, STATE, R, Python, and advanced features of MS Excel.

Proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint (PPT), is required.

Possesses a solid grasp of research methodologies, questionnaire design, and data quality assurance protocols.

Proven ability to manage extensive and intricate datasets while converting analytical findings into strategic, executable recommendations.

Proven expertise in analytical reasoning, strategic problem-solving, and critical evaluation.

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, along with polished presentation and report-writing expertise.

Demonstrates the capacity to operate autonomously or collaboratively within a dynamic, high-speed setting while maintaining productivity and adaptability.
