The role serves to drive organizational success by fulfilling key objectives aligned with strategic goals. To concentrate on conducting channel visits aimed at enhancing retailer awareness and improving SIM and Float performance while ensuring optimal visibility and merchandising standards at the point of purchase for SOS and Trash agents.

Oversee a comprehensive range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive organizational growth. Serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives. Analyze complex business challenges and propose data-driven solutions to optimize performance and mitigate risks. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables.

Effectively oversee the identification and recruitment of Agents, focusing specifically on mobile money outlets and high-traffic retail stores, while ensuring seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) integration for streamlined operations.

Regularly conduct visits to SOS and agents following the agreed-upon route plans (beat plans) to ensure adherence to call rate requirements.

Provide and deliver all essential business tools necessary for facilitating transactions at SSO and agent outlets, while concurrently conducting training sessions for SOS and Trash Agents on operational processes.

Conduct AML training sessions and assess agents’ understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols. Additionally, provide specialized training on Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for Senior Sales Officers (SOS) in alignment with SIM REG requirements.

Monitor coverage and inventory levels while ensuring compliance with the 1.5x stock rule for agents, and confirm that SOS maintain sufficient stock of SIMs for new registrations and activations.

Develop and uphold merchandising standards by ensuring the availability of merchandising materials at SOS and Agent outlets.
