Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring an outstanding guest experience throughout. This position involves managing the daily internal processes of the kitchen and restaurant, as well as spearheading sales efforts and coordinating hotel events. The ideal candidate will skillfully forecast, strategize, coordinate, lead, regulate, and assess all F&B operations to maintain high standards of efficiency, quality, and profitability.
Oversee and execute a broad spectrum of operational tasks, ensuring adherence to established protocols and efficiency in workflow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity. Monitor performance metrics, report on key indicators, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Serve as a liaison between departments to streamline communication, resolve escalated issues, and align objectives with organizational goals. Additionally, manage project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and mitigate risks to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities and core job functions encompass, but are not limited to, the following:
Oversee all food and beverage operations and daily activities in strict adherence to established budgetary parameters while maintaining the highest standards of excellence and quality.
Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service consistently, ensuring all interactions meet or exceed established standards of excellence.
Craft exceptional and memorable culinary experiences for guests, both within the restaurant and at the hotel’s diverse events.
To drive profitability, implement rigorous cost-control strategies while simultaneously enhancing sales and revenue by prioritizing customer satisfaction and fostering employee engagement.
We develop, organize, and execute comprehensive training programs for all staff members within the department.
Ensure adherence to food safety standards, oversee innovative menu designs, manage procurement of supplies, and implement ongoing enhancements as needed.
Assess customer requirements and address all inquiries or issues raised throughout the service delivery process with proactive solutions.
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field, complemented by a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, is essential. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively across teams. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of project management, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance protocols is a significant advantage. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and adapt to dynamic environments is crucial for success in this role.
Requires at least three years of hands-on experience in food and beverage leadership, ideally attained in a supervisory capacity or above, within a three-star hotel or higher-tier establishment. Must hold a Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a closely related discipline.
Exceptional leadership capabilities, coupled with a proven track record in team management and strategic delegation, are essential. Additionally, candidates must exhibit strong organizational skills to handle diverse responsibilities while consistently achieving financial goals.
