JOB PURPOSE

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, and familiarity with agile methodologies is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are also necessary for collaboration within cross-functional teams.
A recognized qualification such as a Diploma in Marketing in Insurance, or ongoing progress toward achieving one (e.g., AII or CII/ACID), is required.
Proficient in a wide array of insurance products and their respective applications.
