Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics, with a minimum of three years of professional experience in software development or a closely related discipline. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with a strong grasp of data structures and algorithms. Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure and a solid understanding of database systems are required. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are integral to this role.

A culinary art, butchery, or related field certificate or diploma is required for this role.

With a minimum of five to eight years of hands-on experience in a high-end butchery or large-scale commercial kitchen setting, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of premium meat preparation and processing techniques.

Demonstrates extensive expertise in meat fabrication, portion control, marinade preparation, and compliance with food safety protocols.
