The primary objective of this position is to oversee the planning and implementation of audit engagements.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing project planning, execution, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement across departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear performance metrics, monitor progress, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Conducting planning activities for designated segments of the audit is a key responsibility.
Conducts the execution of the comprehensive audit plan in alignment with established guidelines and schedules.
Compilation of audit documentation and preparation of audit reports are required.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Three years of relevant work experience in software development or a related area is necessary. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required. Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and software development methodologies is a must. Excellent communication skills to convey technical information clearly are needed.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Commerce (B.Com) with a specialization in Accounting or Finance—or an equivalent qualification—is required. Additionally, completion of at least the second part of the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination is mandatory.
As an Intermediate Level professional within Section 4, you will be responsible for executing key responsibilities while demonstrating proficiency in core competencies. This role requires a solid foundation of relevant experience and a commitment to upholding established standards. Your duties will include collaborative problem-solving, process improvement initiatives, and adherence to departmental protocols. Professional experience in auditing spanning a minimum of two years is required.
