Establish and oversee country-specific Jira environments tailored to the designated implementation countries, encompassing the data migration of recommendations, visit reports, and Terms of Reference for Q3 and Q4 2026.

Oversee the integrity and timely updates of Power BI dashboards and SharePoint portals utilized by Project Teams, Cells, and HQ stakeholders, verifying data precision and the dependability of refresh cycles.

Should the analysis of deployment resistance indicate a need to proceed, collaborate on the development and evaluation of the streamlined alternative MVP prototype slated for Q4 2026.
