A minimum of two to three years of experience in animal feeds sales or an equivalent agricultural sales setting is required, with a solid background in animal feeds sales being essential.
Seasoned professionals with a proven track record in field sales, adept in Route-to-Market (RTM) implementation, and skilled in territory management are encouraged to apply.
Professionals with a proven track record in collaborating with agricultural producers, agricultural input retailers, supply chain intermediaries, and key players across the livestock production and marketing network are encouraged to apply.
Proven track record in fostering secondary sales growth, ensuring timely collections, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
A valid driver’s license is considered a beneficial qualification.
Oversee and execute a diverse range of critical tasks to ensure operational efficiency and productivity within the organization. Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration to achieve strategic objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices that enhance performance, compliance, and risk management. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
