Deliverables will encompass workflow-integrated learning experiences, interactive live sessions, and multilingual resources—including e-learning modules, microlearning units, job aids, and reference guides—designed for technical staff, program teams, and leadership across field offices and headquarters.

Work closely with IT, Data, and other technical teams to maintain awareness of advancements and updates in AI tools, ensuring seamless integration of learning opportunities into technological platforms.

Equip a diverse group of educators and managers across various departments with practical AI competencies, including essential skills, adaptive habits, and relevant terminology.

We are seeking a Learning Analytics & Continuous Improvement professional to drive data-informed enhancements in learning programs through rigorous analysis and strategic insights. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in collecting, interpreting, and leveraging learning data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend evidence-based improvements. Responsibilities include designing and implementing analytics frameworks, collaborating with stakeholders to align initiatives with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through actionable insights and performance metrics. Requirements:

With a minimum of four to six years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training delivery, candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in designing and implementing effective learning solutions.

Professionals with a deep understanding of generative AI tools—such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot—should demonstrate expertise in prompt engineering, AI-driven content generation, seamless workflow integration, and a comprehensive awareness of both the capabilities and constraints of AI systems.

Proven track record in developing and implementing upskilling initiatives across multiple formats, such as e-learning modules and digital learning resources.
