Accurately reconcile daily sales, purchases, expenses, and payments to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

Ensure accurate maintenance of accounting records and organized filing systems.

Duties include generating payment vouchers, compiling receipts, preparing invoices, and recording journal entries.

Daily reconciliation of cash, bank balances, Mesa transactions, till numbers, and petty cash is required to ensure accuracy and financial integrity.

The role involves tracking debtors and creditors while ensuring timely resolution of outstanding payments. Responsibilities include overseeing accounts receivable and payable to verify payment statuses and promptly addressing any pending transactions.

Support the compilation of financial reports and management accounts.

Provide assistance with Value Added Tax (VAT) compliance, preparation of withholding tax documentation, and execution of statutory filings.

Confirm supplier invoices by cross-referencing them with corresponding purchase orders and delivery records to ensure accuracy and compliance with agreed terms.

Assist with payroll processing and the accurate tracking of staff expenses.

Collaborate effectively with store teams to ensure accurate alignment between sales records and inventory adjustments.

Review the accuracy and completeness of stock transfer documentation exchanged between various branch locations.

Track inventory fluctuations and promptly escalate any deviations or inconsistencies to the appropriate stakeholders.

Provide support for the valuation and reconciliation processes of inventory to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records.

Monitor and record discrepancies in stock status, including items that are damaged, returned, or absent from inventory records.

Accurately prepare and deliver costing calculations and margin reports to maintain financial integrity.

Revamp accounting systems within the Zoho platform to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure comprehensive data analysis and insights are consistently delivered.

Ensure financial records are accurately and securely backed up on a consistent basis to prevent data loss and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Provide assistance with audit processes and internal financial reviews to ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory requirements.

Compile and present detailed reports for review by senior leadership to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning.
