To uphold quality standards for inventory and warehouse processes, ensuring all operations meet required benchmarks.
Conducts daily inspections of incoming pallets to identify any non-conformances or quality discrepancies and promptly reports findings. Additionally, prepares a comprehensive monthly analysis of these observations and presents it to senior management for review.
To manage non-conforming products, we will identify and segregate such items within the warehouses.
Process documentation for perishable goods within the warehouse environment, maintaining precise records and strict tracking protocols to ensure expiry dates are accurately monitored and managed.
STO Retrieval involves obtaining Stop (UD1 and KB1) in accordance with operational needs.
On a weekly basis, compile and submit a detailed report outlining customer-related quality issues to management, ensuring accuracy and clarity in the presentation of findings.
The role involves assessing goods returned from the market due to client rejection or damage, as well as compiling a comprehensive analysis of customer complaints.
Interpret and enforce quality policies while developing and applying guidelines to maintain adherence to established quality standards and client specifications.
Quality risk assessments are conducted to identify potential risks, followed by the development of mitigation measures, which are then continually evaluated for their relevance and effectiveness. Additionally, this role is responsible for leading root cause analyses for nonconforming batches and preparing comprehensive reports to be presented to management for further action.
Perform daily evaluations to ensure compliance with housekeeping standards and maintain a consistently clean environment.
Profile
A four-year degree in Food Sciences or an equivalent field is required.
Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite is required.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience or formal training is required.
