We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to oversee a diverse range of operational duties. Key responsibilities include managing daily workflows, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Deliver comprehensive technical and operational assistance to strategic planning initiatives and corporate coordination efforts, encompassing the following responsibilities:

Assist in the creation, integration, and oversight of the UNSC annual work plan, results frameworks, and strategic planning documents.

Prepare strategic notes, concept papers, and internal planning documents in support of the Deputy Director and senior leadership at UNSC.

Assist in embedding gender equality and women’s empowerment objectives across UN system-wide operations, standardized methodologies, and collaborative inter-agency initiatives.

Assist in developing briefing notes, background papers, and presentations tailored for high-level leadership meetings, interagency forums, and external engagements.

Deliver technical and operational assistance to UN system entities and inter-agency coordination initiatives.

Compile, analyze, and maintain current data regarding United Nations system coordination frameworks, specialized agencies, and cross-agency initiatives pertinent to the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework.

Facilitate the coordination and follow-up of UNC activities, ensuring seamless alignment and collaboration across the United Nations system.

Provide substantive and logistical assistance in organizing high-level inter-agency meetings, events, or initiatives, including coordination related to CSW and consultations within the UN system.

Offer specialized technical assistance to the Secretariat overseeing the Gender Equality Acceleration Plan (GAP).

Offer technical expertise and logistical assistance to the coordination and partnership initiatives of the UCSD, ensuring seamless operational support.

Facilitate UNSC’s interactions with internal and external stakeholders—such as UN bodies, Member States, civil society organizations, academic institutions, and other collaborators—to enhance system-wide coordination for advancing gender equality.

Assist with the arrangement and recording of Unscaled coordination meetings, consultations, and briefings by preparing agendas, background notes, summaries, and action points.

Facilitate seamless internal collaboration among UN Women divisions and offices to ensure alignment with UNSC mandates and the successful execution of deliverables.

Support advocacy initiatives, communications strategies, and resource mobilization activities by conducting thorough background research, providing key inputs for proposals, and facilitating stakeholder outreach efforts.
