Our esteemed and exclusive Golf Club located in Nairobi is in immediate need of skilled, polished, and client-oriented Receptionists and Waitstaff to enhance their esteemed team.
Candidates must fulfill the following criteria for consideration: a minimum of five years of progressive experience in a relevant field, a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, and proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Additionally, familiarity with project management methodologies and prior leadership experience are highly advantageous. Proficiency in written and verbal communication, along with a proven track record of meeting deadlines, is required to excel in this role.
A relevant qualification such as a Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of two years of professional experience in a front-facing office or receptionist capacity is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a high-end hospitality setting.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and demonstrating strong computer literacy skills.
Proficient in front office operations and customer service management, with a strong command of administrative processes and guest relations strategies.
Proficient in utilizing front office equipment and payment processing devices, including PDQ terminals, is essential for this role.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Kiswahili, with a strong command of verbal and written communication in both languages.
A polished demeanor, strong interpersonal abilities, and a dedication to customer satisfaction are essential.
Demonstrates exceptional capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and efficiency in dynamic environments.

The position requires consistent availability during standard business hours, which typically span Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or weekend commitments may be necessary, depending on project deadlines or team needs. Adherence to a structured schedule ensures alignment with organizational goals and efficient task completion.
Shift 1 operates from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM daily, providing an early morning to early afternoon work window for employees.
The second shift runs from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Nairobi serves as the designated base for this position.
A gross salary of Ash 40,000 is offered for this position.
