Job Description
Risk and Control: Conduct comprehensive quarterly assessments of risk and control frameworks across the entire scope of assigned business areas. Treasury Execution: Facilitate a diverse portfolio of financial instruments, including Interest Rate Swaps, Bonds, Repos, and Floating Rate Notes (FRNs). Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with key stakeholders. Development of Technical and Product Knowledge: Enhance expertise through continuous learning and proactive research initiatives. Projects: Lead and deliver assigned projects in alignment with strategic objectives. Team Management: Provide leadership and direction to a designated team.
Educational attainment is a fundamental requirement for this position. Candidates must possess a degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field, along with a minimum number of years of professional experience. Familiarity with industry-specific methodologies and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings are essential. Additionally, ongoing professional development through workshops, certifications, or advanced courses is highly encouraged to stay current with evolving trends and best practices in the field.
A relevant Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Diploma in the fields of Business, Commerce, or Management Studies is mandatory.
