Minimum qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with industry-standard software and tools. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently are required. Knowledge of compliance regulations and data privacy laws is a must. Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.

Graduation from a recognized university between 2025 and 2026 is a mandatory requirement for this position.

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent discipline is required, along with a minimum of First Class Honors or Upper Second Class Honors.

Exhibits robust academic and research capabilities while maintaining a high level of proficiency in both written and verbal communication, along with exceptional interpersonal aptitude.

Demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering excellence in teaching, advancing scholarly research, and cultivating academic development.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. Provide strategic leadership to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive operational excellence through meticulous planning, execution, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation, mitigate risks, and implement solutions that optimize performance and efficiency. Maintain rigorous adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements while fostering a culture of accountability and professional development. Prepare detailed reports, analyze key metrics, and present actionable insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Provide instructional and tutorial assistance to facilitate student learning and comprehension.

Engage in scholarly research and academic initiatives to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and intellectual discourse.

Facilitate and oversee a variety of administrative tasks essential to departmental operations, ensuring efficient coordination and execution of daily functions.

Provide support in student mentorship and academic advising initiatives.
