Act as the main technical liaison between our organization and the merchants, along with their technical teams, throughout the integration process.
Analyze user requirements and articulate tailored solutions to address their business and technical challenges.
Collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to educate customers on feasible technical solutions.
Engage with users through various digital communication channels, including email, telephone, and Zoom or similar virtual meeting platforms, to provide support and assistance.
Enhance the clarity, efficiency, and consistency of both internal and external documentation as well as related processes across a diverse range of products.
Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to enhance tools and methodologies, thereby elevating self-service efficiency, recommendation precision, and merchant service quality.

Professional candidates should possess a strong background and hands-on experience with diverse switching platforms, including MSDK, Base24, ACI, and Banker/Paying. Additionally, expertise in technical banking operations—particularly within payments and card issuing—is highly valued.
