Execute a diverse range of duties, including but not limited to operational oversight, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Deliver expert technical assistance to MA program personnel across designated thematic domains, including Alternative Care, Family Strengthening, and community empowerment, while ensuring adherence to organizational benchmarks and directives.

Assist with facilitating trainings and workshops designed to enhance the capabilities of MA program staff in program quality standards and pertinent thematic areas.

Support the execution and oversight of organizational and international quality standards across MA’s, ensuring any identified gaps or risks are communicated to the Supervisor without delay.

Deliver expert technical guidance to MA program teams throughout project design and planning phases, encompassing the creation of humanitarian and development proposals, while collaborating with the Supervisor to conduct thorough quality assurance reviews.

Provide support to medical assistants in adapting federation quality standards to local contexts while maintaining compliance with established protocols.

Assist in documenting best practices, key learnings, and recommendations for program enhancements to foster organizational growth and drive ongoing quality improvements.

Facilitate the creation, enhancement, and deployment of MEAL tools and processes within the MA support department and across all supported MA’s.

Facilitate collaborative learning opportunities, such as peer mentoring programs, exchange initiatives, and educational workshops, while ensuring thorough documentation and effective dissemination of best practices.

Support the creation or modification of tools, guidance materials, and templates, and facilitate their adoption across MA’s.

Deliver assistance to MA program teams throughout program modifications, including the implementation of innovative strategies or oversight of transition periods, as designated.

Engage in external technical forums or networks as needed to facilitate knowledge sharing and professional development, while ensuring that the contributions do not involve independent representational duties.

As a candidate, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a similar role. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex projects while adhering to strict deadlines.

A Master’s degree in social sciences, Project Management, Psychology, Child Rights, Development Studies, or a related discipline is required.

Proficiency in program cycle management and Results-Based Management (RBM) is essential, encompassing key phases such as project design, implementation, and evaluation.

The role necessitates five to eight years of related professional experience in the field.

Candidates must possess proven expertise in program quality, program development, or comparable technical support functions within development, humanitarian, or social service organizations.

Candidates must possess practical experience in delivering technical program assistance within at least one specialized field, including alternative care, family strengthening, child and youth development, or mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS).

Essential is proven experience in supporting program teams alongside the application of organizational quality standards.

Candidates must possess prior experience in program design, planning, and quality review processes, complemented by a demonstrated commitment to capacity-building through active participation in trainings, workshops, or learning events.
