Serve as the primary technical liaison between our organization and both merchants and their technical teams, facilitating seamless integration processes.
Comprehend client needs to effectively convey solutions that address their operational and technological challenges.
Collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to guide customers in comprehending technical feasibility and potential solutions.
Engage with users through various communication channels, including email, telephone, and virtual platforms such as Zoom, to address inquiries and provide assistance.
Revise and enhance our internal and external documentation as well as the processes related to a diverse range of products.
Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to enhance tools and methodologies, thereby elevating the efficiency of self-service solutions, the precision of our recommendations, and the overall service quality delivered to merchants.
