The candidate will be tasked with proactively identifying, evaluating, and addressing security risks throughout the organization to ensure robust protection of its assets and infrastructure. This role involves conducting thorough risk assessments, implementing strategic mitigation measures, and maintaining continuous vigilance to safeguard against potential threats.
Responsibilities include monitoring and directing incident response efforts, conducting thorough investigations, and managing crisis situations effectively to mitigate potential impacts.
Ensure adherence to all applicable legal, regulatory, and industry-specific security standards to mitigate risks and maintain organizational integrity.
Safeguard the physical safety and overall wellbeing of all employees, executives, and guests.
Oversee and regulate entry to Zuri Health facilities, ensuring strict adherence to access protocols and security measures.
Protect all Zuri Health assets, including equipment and intellectual property, from potential risks or unauthorized access.
Develop and implement structured guidelines to govern medical and wellness outreach initiatives.
Provide comprehensive home-based security assistance to safeguard staff well-being and ensure a secure working environment.
Ensure the Chief Executive Officer receives the highest level of protection at all times.
Perform routine audits, evaluate risks, and execute security testing to ensure compliance and identify vulnerabilities.
Additional responsibilities may be delegated by the Chief Executive Officer as needed.
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
A minimum of ten years of hands-on experience in security management and leadership positions is required.
Experts in risk management and compliance standards are essential for this role, requiring a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks effectively.
Proven track record in overseeing enterprise-level security operations, ensuring robust protection of organizational assets and infrastructure. Demonstrated expertise in coordinating security initiatives, mitigating risks, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks. Capable of leading cross-functional teams, implementing advanced security measures, and optimizing operational efficiency to align with strategic business objectives.
