Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies, managing and mentoring a team of professionals to foster productivity and professional growth, developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives, monitoring performance metrics and providing constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness, collaborating with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and improve communication, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of assigned duties to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to established protocols. Perform tasks with precision, maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness in all responsibilities. Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to achieve departmental objectives and contribute to organizational success. Address and resolve routine and complex issues promptly while upholding company policies and industry regulations. Demonstrate proficiency in relevant tools, software, and methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with evolving industry trends and best practices.

Deliver technical support for hospital electrical systems and equipment as assigned, encompassing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.

Accurately log all electrical operations and test outcomes in compliance with established departmental procedures and protocols.

Respond to user department breakdown maintenance (BDM) requests without delay, adhering strictly to established policies.

Perform Preventive Maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.

Act as a liaison between user departments and facilitate maintenance activities, while promptly reporting any arising issues to the supervisor.

We perform recurring tasks and duties on a consistent basis. Our responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with established protocols. Additionally, we conduct routine inspections, prepare reports, and coordinate with team members to support operational efficiency. These duties are essential to upholding organizational standards and achieving departmental objectives.

Coordinate and/or support initiatives for specialized projects, including but not limited to the acquisition and purchase planning of new systems and equipment, as well as the formulation of bid specifications.

Create and implement Preventative Maintenance schedules and guidelines in collaboration with the electrical supervisor.

Design and implement safety protocols and specialized training programs for equipment-specific in-service education, ensuring technicians and users are thoroughly informed and competent in safe operational practices.

Conduct incident investigations and analyze system and equipment performance as needed.

Revise and create or assess emergency and safety protocols concerning the utilization and functionality of electrical systems and equipment.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with at least three years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is required, and prior experience in project management is highly desirable. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are also necessary to succeed in this role.

Holders of a Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in power systems or an equivalent credential are encouraged to apply.

A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role is required.

Proficiency in computer applications will be considered an asset.

Proficient in the technical operation and maintenance of high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) distribution systems, switchgear, and associated controls, as well as diesel generators, steam boilers, laundry facilities, and kitchen equipment.

The candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication abilities alongside strong interpersonal skills, exhibit unwavering integrity, and maintain consistent reliability. Additionally, they should possess advanced analytical capabilities and well-developed organizational talents.
