The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of five years of professional experience in a similar role. The ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions is also necessary. A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a closely related discipline is required; possession of a Master’s degree is highly desirable.
With a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in data analytics, statistical modeling, survey research, and reporting, the ideal candidate will bring a wealth of practical expertise to the role.
Proven expertise in designing survey sampling methodologies, implementing weighting techniques, and conducting quantitative research analysis is required.
You should possess strong skills in statistical and analytical software, including but not limited to SPSS, STATE, R, Python, and advanced MS Excel.
Proven expertise in leveraging data visualization and business intelligence tools, including Power BI, Tableau, and PowerPoint (PPT), to transform complex datasets into actionable insights.
A solid grasp of research methodologies, questionnaire design, and data quality assurance processes is essential.
Demonstrated expertise in managing expansive and intricate datasets, coupled with a strong ability to distill key insights into practical, data-driven recommendations.
Strong proficiency in analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and critical-thinking is essential.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in conveying ideas clearly through written reports, oral presentations, and interpersonal communication.
Proven capability to operate effectively in both autonomous and team-based settings within a dynamic, high-velocity workplace.
