Position Summary
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Field Sales Representative to spearhead product adoption and revenue expansion throughout Kenya. This position entails cultivating robust client relationships, advocating premium products to clinics and hospitals, and interacting with dental professionals to elevate sales within the dental supplies sector.
Oversee a range of critical duties, including managing daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards, and fostering a productive work environment. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, innovation, and team performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives and drive organizational growth. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and identify areas for improvement, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership. Serve as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication. Lead project planning, execution, and evaluation to meet deadlines and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities include driving sales growth for an extensive portfolio of dental equipment, instruments, and consumables, while targeting dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities as key clients.
Explore and cultivate emerging business prospects by conducting on-site visits, leveraging professional connections, and participating in industry-specific gatherings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with dental practitioners and key decision-makers.
Deliver instructional demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure comprehensive comprehension of product functionality, advantages, and upkeep procedures.
Diligently track and document competitor actions, pricing strategies, and new developments within the dental supplies’ industry, then prepare comprehensive reports on these findings.
Partner with logistics, technical, and marketing departments to uphold punctual deliveries and deliver outstanding client service.
Achieve and surpass established monthly and quarterly sales objectives consistently.
Accurately document sales activities, track customer interactions, and compile relevant market insights to ensure comprehensive data integrity.

Experienced professionals should demonstrate exceptional proficiency in delivering compelling presentations, engaging in strategic negotiations, and fostering strong interpersonal relationships.
Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms is required.
Capable of undertaking frequent travel throughout the designated region as required.
