We require candidates to possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience within the field to be considered for this role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements is also a must. A bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required, and additional certifications or advanced education are highly desirable.
Holds a valid Kenyan Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
A multi-engine or instrument rating is a valid qualification for this position.
Minimum flight experience requirement is set at 3,000 hours.
Minimum required flight time as Pilot in Command totals 1,000 hours.
Professionals should demonstrate readiness to work from remote locations in outstation bases situated beyond Kenya’s borders.
A commitment to independently financing the ERA 135/145 type rating is essential.
Must maintain current flight status.
Jet experience in a previous role is preferred.
