Daily, you will design and implement engaging activities tailored to the children’s developmental needs, aligning with the curriculum, schemes of work, and lesson plans to foster their social, physical, and emotional growth.
Collaborate with the resident teacher to establish a classroom atmosphere that fosters learning, aligns with students’ developmental stages and interests, and ensures a structured and purpose-driven educational setting.
Engage fully in professional development opportunities such as daily team meetings and reflections, weekly professional development sessions, instructional coaching, and organization-wide learning and reflection initiatives.
Collaborate effectively with the resident teacher to continuously evaluate student progress. Leverage assessment data to refine instructional content and delivery methods as needed.

ABOUT YOU
