We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team, responsible for overseeing and executing our organizational mission with excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mission-driven work, demonstrating strong analytical skills and the ability to align projects with our strategic goals. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing mission-focused initiatives, ensuring compliance with established standards, and fostering collaboration across departments to advance our overarching objectives. Additionally, the role requires a deep understanding of sector-specific challenges, effective communication to convey mission-related updates, and the capacity to drive measurable impact. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with at least three years of experience in mission-oriented roles.

To maintain quality standards in inventory and oversee all warehouse processes.

Conducting daily inspections of incoming pallets to identify non-conformances and other quality-related concerns at the factory; compiling and presenting a monthly report to management for review.

Our role involves detecting and isolating non-conforming products within warehouse facilities to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Process documentation related to short-expiry goods within the warehouse environment, maintaining precise records and ensuring rigorous tracking procedures for items approaching expiration.

STO Retrieval involves obtaining Stop (UD1 & KB1) in accordance with operational requirements.

Compiling and submitting a weekly report on customer-related quality issues to management ensures transparency and facilitates informed decision-making.

Conduct thorough inspections of returned goods to determine whether they were rejected by the client or damaged, and compile a detailed analysis of customer complaints.

Interpret and enforce established quality policies while developing and applying guidelines to uphold compliance with both regulatory quality standards and client-specific mandates.

Conduct comprehensive quality risk assessments and design appropriate mitigation strategies, while continually reviewing their relevance to ensure effectiveness. Serve as the primary responsible party for performing root cause analysis on nonconforming batches, and prepare detailed reports for management to facilitate informed decision-making.

Daily assessments of housekeeping standards are conducted to ensure consistent maintenance of cleanliness and order throughout the facility.

Profile

A Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Food Sciences or a related field is required.

Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite is required.

A minimum of three years of relevant experience or formal training is required.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required.
