Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, or best practices is highly desirable. A relevant qualification such as a degree or diploma in Secretarial Studies, Front Office Management, Hospitality Management, or a comparable discipline is required.

Proficient in utilizing front office equipment and handling payment processing machines, including PDQ terminals, with expertise and efficiency.
Experienced in effectively conveying information in both English and Kiswahili, both verbally and in writing.

The position requires a commitment to a structured work schedule, with designated hours aligning to operational needs. Shift 1 operates from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Shift 2 operates from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, providing coverage during the late afternoon and evening hours to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
Relocated to Nairobi, the position offers the opportunity to contribute to dynamic projects in Kenya’s vibrant capital. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of professional experience. Proficiency in English is mandatory, while additional fluency in Swahili or another local language is advantageous. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions, and overseeing project execution from inception to completion. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments are essential, as is a commitment to fostering inclusive and sustainable practices.
We are offering a gross monthly salary of Ash 40,000 for this position.
