Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Customer Care Executive to deliver exceptional front-line service to patients, visitors, and clients. The ideal candidate will address inquiries, resolve complaints, and fulfill service requests with courtesy, professionalism, and empathy, ensuring full alignment with the hospital’s established standards and core values.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties aligned with the position’s core objectives, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes, while identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement. Prepare and present detailed reports, presentations, and analyses to stakeholders, providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making. Actively participate in budget planning, resource allocation, and performance evaluations to maintain fiscal responsibility and accountability. Greet patients and visitors courteously, addressing their questions, providing directions, and sharing pertinent service details.
Address patient inquiries, grievances, and input with urgency and a high level of professionalism.
The professional must clearly communicate hospital procedures, services, and expected waiting times to patients to facilitate their understanding and cooperation.
Handle incoming communications—including calls, emails, and in-person inquiries—promptly and with a high degree of professionalism.
Gather patient input and assist in enhancing service delivery through targeted improvement efforts.
Serve as an intermediary connecting patients with various hospital departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
Adhere to established hospital policies, customer care guidelines, and stringent safety standards to ensure optimal operational and service delivery excellence.
Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with at least three years of relevant professional experience. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is essential, as is experience with software development methodologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also required. Familiarity with database management systems and cloud computing platforms is preferred.
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in fields such as Customer Service Communication, Public Relations, or related disciplines is required.
Prior experience in customer care or front-office services within a hospital or healthcare environment would be considered a valuable asset for this role.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications and hospital information systems.
