Oversee and execute a range of critical duties and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Manage key tasks with precision, demonstrating expertise in process optimization and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth. Maintain rigorous adherence to compliance, quality, and performance benchmarks while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Perform an expedited assessment of the private healthcare sector to identify and document both existing and potential U.S.-based investors.

Organize and facilitate meetings with local partners, as needed, which may include global pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers of medical devices, and networks of clinics and hospitals.

Assist in the formulation and implementation of a strategic plan aimed at fostering collaboration with the private sector.

Execute additional responsibilities as directed by the Team Lead from time to time.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, alongside expertise in database management and cloud services. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills are necessary to address technical challenges effectively. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git, is also required. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams are a must.

Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, with a Master’s degree in Social Science, Business, Public Health, Health Economics, or a closely related field strongly preferred.

A minimum of twelve years of professional experience in the private sector, specifically within healthcare delivery, healthcare services, healthcare investment, or health-focused business associations—such as the local chapter of the American Chamber of Commerce (Ascham)—is required.

Developed and maintained strategic partnerships with domestic and international pharmaceutical firms, medical device producers, and healthcare facility networks.

Proven expertise in evaluating emerging investment prospects within the healthcare industry and a track record of initiating or facilitating collaborative public-private ventures.

Availability requires a commitment to attend in-country meetings for at least 1.5 days.

Adapts efficiently to evolving demands while successfully balancing multiple concurrent priorities.

Demonstrates a proactive approach and adaptability in rapidly evolving and challenging settings.

Possesses exceptional interpersonal, written, and presentation abilities, along with strong organizational competencies.

Fluent English proficiency is required. Candidates from Côte d’Ivoire must additionally demonstrate advanced French language skills.
