The People and Culture Intern will deliver comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support to the People and Culture Department. This position involves maintaining employee records, facilitating recruitment and onboarding processes, administering leave requests, and enhancing employee communication channels. Additionally, the Intern will assist with training coordination, Foundation activities, staff engagement initiatives, and general human resources operations.
Oversee and execute essential duties and responsibilities pertinent to the role, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Provide support in organizing and facilitating initiatives focused on employee well-being, staff engagement, hospital visits, bereavement support, and programs recognizing employee contributions.
Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare comprehensive meeting materials, meticulously record and distribute minutes, and deliver general administrative assistance to the Human Resource Department.
Execute a range of clerical and administrative functions to support the seamless provision of HR services and facilitate the achievement of departmental goals.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least three years of hands-on experience in the industry.
