Responsibilities and Duties:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that include but are not limited to managing daily operations, overseeing team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the role requires participation in strategic planning, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with stakeholders, while analytical abilities will be utilized to assess performance metrics and report findings to senior management. Proficiency in relevant software and tools is also required to execute assigned duties effectively.

Forge and nurture strategic alliances with Chinese enterprises and professional networks to enhance business opportunities and foster collaborative growth.

Develop and expand the client base by securing new clients while enhancing relationships with current ones.

Our objective is to expand revenue streams across key banking segments, including deposit mobilization, trade finance solutions, remittance services, guarantee facilities, and foreign exchange transactions.

Deliver consistent performance in asset management, liability optimization, and revenue generation from non-funded sources.

Oversee and expand a client portfolio consisting of Chinese-speaking individuals by fostering strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to meet their unique financial needs.

Cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with critical stakeholders as well as prominent Chinese associations to foster collaboration and mutual growth.

Act as the primary point of contact to address client inquiries and provide expert guidance as needed.

Deliver exceptional customer service consistently in every client engagement to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.

Build and maintain strategic external relationships across the Chinese business landscape.

Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions.

Facilitate seamless client onboarding and ensure efficient processing of transactions.

Foster collaborative connections with cross-functional teams throughout the organization.

Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology sector. The ideal applicant must demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities and a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies is essential, along with strong communication skills to liaise effectively between technical teams and stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required, and a PMP or CSM certification is highly advantageous. Additionally, experience with risk management, budget oversight, and cross-functional team coordination is critical to success in this role.

Earn a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution to qualify for this opportunity.

Mandarin (Chinese) fluency is an essential requirement for this position.

Proficiency in banking, sales, or relationship management would be considered an additional benefit.

A background in trade finance and corporate banking products is considered advantageous.
