A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or an equivalent discipline is required for this position.

Professional experience in the hospitality, clubs, entertainment, or food and beverage sectors is highly desirable.
Comprehensive understanding of Kenyan labor laws and adherence to statutory compliance regulations is required.
Proficiency in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and performance management is required.
Demonstrates exceptional proficiency in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts effectively.
Leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and expertise in stakeholder management are essential for this role.
Skilled in utilizing HR systems, managing payroll processes, and generating HR reports.
