The successful applicant will provide onsite technical support, execute system installations, perform maintenance tasks, conduct troubleshooting, and deliver customer assistance for our software and hardware solutions.
Oversee a range of critical duties, including supervising team performance, ensuring adherence to company policies, managing workflow efficiency, and maintaining high standards of quality across all deliverables. Serve as the primary liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration, while addressing any operational challenges that may arise. Provide clients with comprehensive assistance in system configuration and user support to ensure seamless operational integration.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with efficiency and precision.

Provide training to users on system operations as required.
Compose comprehensive technical reports and provide timely updates, ensuring all information is accurately documented and conveyed.

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Site Manager. Proficiency in technical support or hands-on fieldwork is highly desirable.
