Responsibilities include managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards, overseeing a team of professionals to achieve performance goals, and coordinating cross-departmental projects to meet organizational objectives. Finance Intern is a fixed-term position within the Finance Department, reporting directly to the Finance Controller. Key responsibilities include supporting financial operations and contributing to various departmental tasks under the guidance of senior finance professionals.

Assisting with the resolution of customer order delays as needed to facilitate efficient and punctual order fulfillment.

Assisting in the posting and allocation of payments to maintain precise records and reconcile customer payments accurately.

Bank, staff receivables, and supplier accounts are reconciled to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial records. This position involves verifying transactions, identifying discrepancies, and resolving any inconsistencies to maintain precise financial reporting and operational integrity.

Payments are processed and allocated within the SUN system to ensure accurate financial tracking and compliance.

Collaborate closely with the Finance Controller to produce precise and prompt monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

Profile

A degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university is required.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong command of their respective functionalities.

Possesses strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
