Merchant & Third-Party Oversight involves monitoring merchant and third-party agent activities through careful evaluation of transactions, business operations, websites, products, and services to verify adherence to scheme rules and applicable legal standards.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Oversee merchant screening and payment intelligence alerts, assist in fraud investigations, document suspicious activities, and offer strategic recommendations to minimize fraud, chargebacks, and operational risks while upholding regulatory compliance.
Ensure the precision and integrity of data within acquisition systems by maintaining accurate records and generating reports on suspicious activities and investigation outcomes.
Engage with stakeholders by partnering with internal teams and external industry organizations to gather necessary data, offer fraud and chargeback expertise, and facilitate compliance with regulatory and industry reporting standards.
