Responsible for overseeing and executing key operational tasks, this position involves managing day-to-day activities while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. We are in search of a skilled and meticulous Associate Lead Data Manager to supervise data management operations across various clinical projects. This position entails guaranteeing the timely delivery of high-quality data in accordance with sponsor specifications, alongside fostering collaboration with diverse teams, sites, and external collaborators.

Oversee a comprehensive range of professional duties encompassing strategic planning, execution of operational initiatives, and continuous performance evaluation to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement innovative solutions to address business challenges while fostering collaboration across departments to enhance productivity and efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators and provide insightful data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making and sustained growth. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies while maintaining a culture of accountability and excellence. Cultivate and mentor a high-performing team by delegating responsibilities effectively, offering constructive feedback, and facilitating professional development opportunities to maximize individual and collective potential.

Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehensively determine the study setup requirements through clear and effective communication.

Oversee the establishment, configuration, and verification of databases to support robust study design and maintain data integrity.

Assist in the validation and rollout of newly integrated devices.

Ongoing data cleaning initiatives are conducted to maintain the integrity, timeliness, and excellence of deliverables.

Guarantee that all deliverables align with predefined quality benchmarks and fulfill the expectations of clients.

Responsibilities include providing guidance and support to newly hired employees as they acclimate to their roles, offering constructive feedback, and facilitating their professional development through one-on-one coaching and structured training sessions.

Conduct internal study meetings, engage in sponsor meetings, and assist with audits and study kick-offs to ensure alignment and progress.

Monitor project advancement, assess potential risks, and execute corrective measures in partnership with the Data Team Lead (DTL).

Provide leadership for database modifications and facilitate the integration of emerging technologies.

Partner with development teams to spearhead enhancements and automation projects, fostering efficiency and innovation throughout the workflow.

Ensure adherence to all mandatory training programs and electronic standard operating procedures (ESOP).

Provide specialized knowledge in the creation, evaluation, and ongoing refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Foster clear and productive communication with leadership, line managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Qualifications & Requirements

A Master’s degree in Life Sciences, a Postgraduate qualification in Science, or a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) is preferred.

Proficient knowledge of the drug development lifecycle and clinical research methodologies is essential.

Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.

Proficient expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required.

Proven capacity for analytical thinking, meticulous organization, and effective problem resolution.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities are essential.

Proven capability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while consistently delivering results within stringent deadlines in a high-velocity work setting.
