Program management & support
Assist the Head of Business Development in strategizing and executing the ISBN Short Programs.
Partner with the Head of Business Development to strategize and implement ISBN’s primary entrepreneur and sales initiatives.
Assigned responsibilities may include additional tasks as determined by ISBN management as needed.
Educational and professional credentials essential for this role include a relevant degree from an accredited institution, along with specialized training or certifications pertinent to the field. Candidates must demonstrate a strong foundation in theoretical knowledge, complemented by practical experience in a professional setting. Additionally, familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends is highly valued. Proficiency in specialized tools, software, or methodologies may also be required, depending on the specific demands of the position.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, or a closely related field is required.
With at least three years of demonstrated expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial functions—preferably within training, consulting, or entrepreneurship development environments—you bring a proven track record of driving growth and fostering high-impact collaborations.
Achieved consistent success in surpassing revenue, sales, or enrollment objectives.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, adept negotiation capabilities, and expertise in stakeholder management are essential to this role.
